Large Vintage Eugene Mitchell Sterling Silver Sand Cast Cross Necklace Pendant

This is a beautiful vintage Cross made by the famous Native American Navajo Nation artist, Eugene Mitchell. I guarantee it is a Eugene Mitchell piece. This is the style that made him famous, (Sand Cast Work). The reverse is marked "Sterling".

I think this was an early as it has no other markings. It weighs 30 grams on my postal scale, and it measures about 3 3/4" long and 2 1/4" wide. The leather rope style necklace portion is not original to the piece and is 28. This is a fantastic addition to any collection. I have owned this cross for many years and have never worn it or polished it.
